overall responsibility for all transformation projects / processes
part of the leadership team, reporting directly to the Managing Director
building a dedicated team with up to five team members and managing project teams
identification, development and steering new transformation and continuous improvement projects with a holistic perspective that considers all processes and value creation in the company
creating a culture and practice of process improvement and implementing structures that improve process quality, customer satisfaction and reduce costs

successfully completed bachelor degree in Economics, Technology or Engineering, ideally combined with a diploma or master’s degree
supervision of central transformation projects at a complex organization and/ or multiple sites and track record of success in project management and optimizing structures and processes
very good understanding of business processes
additional experiences with six sigma / lean management is a plus
excellent analytical skills, quick comprehension of complex interrelations and data orientation
assertiveness, good communication skills and tangible hands-on mentality
team-oriented, empathic and reliable leader
very good knowledge of common ERP systems
business fluent German and sound English
willingness to travel (approximately 10%)
